Before attempting manual registration, always verify the guest is connected to the SSID! If they are not you will not be able to register the guest!

From the Home Screen open the Settings app

2. Open the Wi-Fi menu

3. Look for the Checkmark next to the SSID

It is Normal for the phone to display Unsecured Network

Finding the Mac & IP Address on iOS 14

3. Tap on the blue "i" icon next to the SSID

2. The IP Address and Private WiFi Address will be listed here

If the guest does not have valid IP Address (does not start with '169') tap on "Forget this Network", and attempt to reconnect.

If the guest does not have either option, they are not yet connected to the SSID. Return to the previous screen and attempt to connect. If they are unable to, follow the HN Template

Note: On iOS 13 and older, the WiFi Address will not be listed here. Scroll down for instructions on finding the WiFi Address on iOS 13

Finding the MAC Address on iOS 13 and older

Note: iOS 14 devices have MAC Address Randomization enabled by default. You cannot use the MAC Address found in the "About" menu on these phones to register the device. Follow the above instructions instead.

From the Settings Menu tap on General

2. Tap on About

3. The MAC Address Will be listed as WiFi Address
