Starting March 23rd, 2021, their will be a substantial change to PSU pricing and packages, called Flexible Package Options (FPO). Due to this, there will be some changes to which departments can handle upgrades.

The main thing to look out for is speed upgrades for customers with 2 or more services that are still on a legacy package will need to be sent to sales.
