Before attempting manual registration, always verify the guest is connected to the SSID! If they are not you will not be able to register the guest!

If you aren't sure if the guest is connected or not, have them click on the network. If the button reads "Connect" they are not connected. If it reads "Disconnect", they are connected

- From the list of WiFi networks, click on the Hotel's network, and click "Open Network and Sharing Center"

The IP Address will be listed as IPv4 Address
The Mac Address will be listed as Physical Address
REMEMBER:
Enter colons ":" not dashes "-" between every two characters of the Mac Address
If the IP Address starts with "169", the device is not properly connected, and manual registration will not be possible. Refer to the HN Template for further guidance.
