Note: Android 10 devices have MAC Address Randomization enabled by default. You cannot use the MAC Address found in the "Status" menu on these phones to register the device.
Note: On some phones, the guest might need to swipe down a second time to reveal the settings icon
If the guest has trouble finding the settings here, they will be able to find it an app called Settings on their home screen or app drawer

"Connected" - The device is connected and registered
"Connected, No Internet" - the device is connected, but not yet registered
"Saved" - The device has connected to this network before, but it is not currently in range
If this gear does not appear, and you are sure the guest is connected, follow the steps for Android Nougat
