Have the guest enter their Access Code, accept the terms and conditions, then hit Connect

What if the guest does not know their access code?

Use the "Credit Card/Access Code Verification" tool listed on the HN Tools page to look up the access code.

Once you've found the access code, click on the "Usage" link to view when the code expires.

What if the access code is expired?

The guest will need to go to the front desk to get a new access code.

If the access code has expired within the previous 24 hours, you can manually register them for 24 hours in the meantime.

What if the guest wants a new access code?

The guest will need to speak to the front desk to get a new access code. Technical support is unable to generate new codes.

What if the guest wants a refund?

There are no refunds for Siegel locations. Any concerns towards this policy should be directed to the front desk.

The guest is demanding to be manually registered, but does not have a valid access code

Advise the gust that we cannot register them without a valid access code, and submit the Siegel Guest Reporting form
