- Log on to connect2.cox.com
1a. If the Welcome to Citrix Receiver window appears, click use light version

1b. If the All Apps window appears, click on your name in the top right corner, then click Change Citrix Receiver..., then click Use light version

This "light" version of the Citirx environment generally runs faster than the full version, HOWEVER, access to the Windows Clipboard (CTRL+C / CTRL+V) is limited. Read more at Using the Clipboard in Citrix Light
