If your Citrix Receiver is not responding properly, you can use light mode to 'reboot' it. Read Troubleshooting Citrix for help switching to light mode, if you have not already
Click the menu button at the top of the screen
2. Click the overflow button on the far right side, then click Log Off
This will fully log you out of your Citirx environment
3. Return back to connect2.cox.com, then click Change Citrix Receiver...
4. Click Detect Receiver to reload Citrix in the full desktop environment
